Our Accreditation Process is 5-7 Working Days
Step 1: Application Submission
The training provider completes and submits an accreditation application form, including:
- Course outline and curriculum
- Trainer qualifications
- Assessment methods
- Organizational profile and facilities
Step 2: Initial Review
Our accreditation team conducts a preliminary check to ensure all required documents are submitted and the course is eligible for accreditation.
Step 3: Detailed Evaluation
Experts perform an in-depth evaluation covering:
- Curriculum relevance and learning outcomes
- Instructional design and delivery methods
- Trainer expertise and learner engagement strategies
- Quality assurance systems in place
Step 4: Site Visit / Virtual Audit (if required)
An on-site or virtual audit may be conducted to observe training sessions, meet staff, and review facilities or platforms used for delivery.
Step 5: Accreditation Decision
Based on evaluation findings, the course will:
- Receive full accreditation services, or
- Be granted conditional accreditation with required improvements, or
- Be deferred pending major revisions
A detailed report with feedback and recommendations is provided.
Step 6: Issuance of Certificate
If successful, the training course receives a formal Accreditation Certificate valid for a defined period (2 years), along with the right to use the accreditation seal.
Step 7: Ongoing Monitoring & Renewal
- Accredited courses are monitored periodically for compliance and quality improvements
- Providers are supported in updating content and maintaining standards
- A renewal process is required before accreditation expiry
